Parga
is one of the most beautiful small towns in Greece with traditional
architecture, narrow cobble-stoned alleys and an island atmosphere.
It is amphitheatrically built in an old Venetian olive grove with
natural beauties, picturesque bays and beaches.
Visitors
from all over the world come here to enjoy their holidays under
the Greek sky at small or big, quiet or busy beaches with crystal
clear and all-blue waters. The Venetian castle, the islets at the
Parga port one with a picturesque small church are the distinct
characteristics of Parga. The important and long standing history
that probably starts in the 12th century has left historical monuments
like the Venetian castle, the remains of the Acropolis, the remains
of ancient walls, a Mycenaean tomb, etc.
